Full Conceal, a custom concealed-carry pistol shop, is now building specialty SIG P320 ultra-compact kits for deep concealment. These guns are built around the P320 subcompact with an aggressive grip chop and modified magazines.

Dubbed the M1-P320, the pistol is barely larger than a dollar bill at 6.3 inches long and just 3.6 inches tall. While the grip is shortened to a single-finger’s length, the modified P320 has an impressive 9+1 capacity. With a spare magazine installed in the frame-mounted mag holster, the pistol carries 19 rounds in a tiny package.

The company did more than just shorten the grip and magazines. The mag holster doubles as a trigger guard safety. With a loaded magazine inserted in the mag carrier, the top cartridge partially blocks the front of the trigger.

In this way the Full Conceal P320 can be carried in a pocket without a holster. The mag carrier can also be adjusted to put a gap between the top round and the trigger face for users who don’t want to eject the spare magazine in order to fire the pistol.

Despite the extremely short grip the pistols remain shootable. Full Conceal has a handful of video demonstrations of the M1-P320 on the company website. It may take some practice to get good with the modified pistols but that’s universal when it comes to shooting small handguns.

The magazines are made from standard P320 mags with shortened bodies and custom floor plates. The custom parts feature 7075 alloy aluminum and 303 stainless steel construction. None of the changes prevent using standard P320 magazines, which can be used to provide a makeshift extended grip.

And because it’s based on the SIG P320, the fire control unit can be swapped into midsize and full-size pistols in a pinch. The P320 is a completely modular design that can be converted to different types and caliber pistols.

Full Conceal is taking orders for complete pistols as well as conversion kits for subcompact P320 owners. Complete pistols run $899 and conversion kits $349. The pistols come with all the modifications and two 9-round magazines.

The conversion kits are not firearms and do not require an FFL for transfers. The conversion kit includes the modified frame, the mag carrier and two mags. Unlike SIG’s X-Change kits the M1-320 conversion kit does not include a slide assembly.

Full Conceal is currently shipping M1-P320 pistols and kits. The company is working on a similarly-modified Glock pistol, their M1-G19. The modified Glock 19 pistols are available for pre-order for $899 and Full Conceal expects to ship this month.
